(2) The good shepherd will receive a crown of glory. 1 Peter 5:4 While attending Bible school with pastor Locket, she wrote for her final thesis 'Who Sent Them?' I had never heard of anything written like that before. I immediately told her that it needed to be in a book. Thank God it is, may many be encouraged who have a good pastor and many warned who don’t to stop following wrong leadership. The introduction she gives in one short sentence indicates how this book addresses the Christian Community and leaders for the Church; 'Who sent them?' As a Seminary chancellor I have seen leadership described in detailed informational form but in this book it is explained in every day 2 understanding that leaders are not made but are servants for Jesus Christ and as servants they seek to serve the Master, therefore He sends them.
