There are some supervisors who want to have complete control. Such is the cause of so much stress in our lives. Stress is cancer. Cancer kills! No employee.no supervisor.no manager should have to go through physical, mental and emotional minutes, hours, days, months or years of psychological anguish of work abuse. It is wrong.
