He hailed his military as ranked higher because of its oversight acquisition, logistics and technology. He knew wars were won by sophisticated weapons. He used this victory as campaign tool by making sure the country will remain invincible. He promised to more advanced equipment that are versatile, flexible and agile to meet the needs of combatant commanders.
