Bob Mandala created booklet What If Something Happens out of love for his wife and concern over how she would manage if something were to happen to him. Having always taken care of the bills and 'family paperwork,' he realized that if he were to suddenly die or become incapacitated, she would have the untenable problem of trying to pull the family financial and other affairs together from scratch.To spare her such a burden in an already stressful time, he began writing down exactly what she’d need to know if an emergency were to occur. One thing led to another, and over time Bob realized he had created a comprehensive booklet that would not only be of great use to his own family but that could help other families in similar situations. 3
