Besides recipes, inside you’ll find information about sodium, foods that fight inflammation, salt free seasonings, marinades and rubs for the art of flavour, a 4 week meal plan, your own meal planner, and pages to add your own recipes and notes. Dedicated to those who have Ménière’s disease, in response to the many who ask, ’Does anyone have any good recipes with low sodium?’While there are hundreds of thousands of low-sodium recipes that have been published, the following recipes are tried and true by people with Ménière’s, passed down through families, created, written from memories, and stumbled upon in the chaos of cooking.
