Despite what others may say, anxiety happens to everyone. Believers and non-believers alike. Believing in Jesus, doesn’t exempt you from the trials of this life. Anxiety is not something to be ashamed of as if it’s a disease. You can overcome it. You NEVER have to feel ashamed or embarrassed for having anxiety, depression, or whatever else you may feel. We are meant to not be ashamed of the way we feel, but to conquer it, to overcome it.All devotionals in this book were taken from my newly release book, Breaking Chains: The diary of a Christian woman who overcame anxiety. I have been fighting just as you have. I am a Christian, I love God with all my heart, mind, and soul, yet I too still struggle at times. We are all human. Take courage knowing that you are not alone. There are others who fight with you and alongside you. Don’t give up.
