Follow Jenny, a fictional character, as she learns first-hand about the alcohol and toxin exposure to our children and ourselves from all the hand sanitizer and chemical cleaner usage. Learn about the real effectiveness of hand sanitizers, why we may be seeing so many allergies and autoimmune diseases today compared to 40 years ago, and how we are exposing ourselves to toxins left behind from all these daily cleaners. The ideas and concepts of Washing Ourselves Sick have been developing in my mind and have been a part of many conversations for over ten years. The COVID pandemic just gave me the time to organize my thoughts, add substantial research, and write this book. I hope you enjoy the book. My goal is to raise awareness of the dangers of an overclean mentality and the potential harm we are doing to ourselves and our families.
