To 'walk on water' may seem like a grandiose statement, but I assure you it isn’t always a grandiose feeling. Like many miraculous or supernatural events throughout the Bible, we read of walking on water as a miracle meant to inspire our faith, which it can, but truly, the reality of such is filled with so much more. It may seem like a miracle that is distant from our lives when it is right there in front of us every day. What if walking on water was less a miraculous story or event, and more a consistent life path? What if walking on water was a picture of the reality of following Jesus through a tension of faith, viced between what we feel and Who we trust? What if walking on water was sometimes the only way to get into the place or promises that God has before us? This book is a venture with the LeTourneau family across continents and seas, states and nations, through the streets of Ethiopia and many other pioneering endeavors. Walking on Water is a testimony laden path of listening to God, obeying His voice, and trusting Him to show up and be the big, faithful God we know Him to be!
