REFLECTIONSI was once at the crossroad of faith. However, today, I can boldly say my faith is as solid as a rock, thanks to Msgr. Raphael Owusu Peprah’s 'Walking in the Footsteps of JESUS' series. The theme for the day is usually linked to the theme of the Church’s Liturgical Year with appropriate Biblical references to facilitate and enhance the reader’s understanding. What I find most helpful about the books are the background analyses and references on the occasions and feast days and the insights Monsignor provides to assist the reader in understanding and interpreting the Scriptures in general. The content and approach are simply excellent, carefully and systematically written to sustain both the reader’s interest and energy. Msgr. Peprah is so current that the books do not only capture contemporary religious issues but also grasp current global events which are of interest to all people. May the Holy Spirit continue to inspire Msgr. Peprah to come out with more of such spiritual materials not only for the Catholic Lay Faithful but for all of God’s children.DAVID Z.
