Der Nutzlast-Sender ist für die Übertragung der Nutzlastdaten verantwortlich. Gemäß den Anforderungen wird eine BPSK-Modulation durchgeführt, gefolgt von der Aufwärtswandlung des modulierten Signals zu höheren Frequenzen zusammen mit dem lokalen Oszillator von 433,9 MHz. Er besteht aus einem Transceiver und ist in der Lage, das Steuersignal vom Sender der Bodenstation zu empfangen, auf dessen Grundlage er alle Telemetrieinformationen, d. h. Temperatur, Strom und Feuchtigkeit, an die Bodenstation überträgt, wobei er die BPSK-Modulation mit unterschiedlichen Datenraten verwendet. Darüber hinaus kann es frequenzmodulierte Sprach-/Audiosignale von der Bodenstation empfangen und auf einer anderen Frequenz an den Empfänger der Bodenstation weiterleiten. Um die Telemetrieinformationen in den Nutzlast-Sender zu integrieren, werden verschiedene Arten von Sensoren verwendet.
