Es wird auch berichtet, dass das Starling-Gesetz für den kapillaren interstitiellen Flüssigkeitstransfer falsch ist, und die korrekte Alternative auf der Grundlage der Hydrodynamik des porösen Öffnungsschlauchs (G) angegeben. Der G-Schlauch weist, wenn er in einer umgebenden Kammer (C) eingeschlossen ist, eine schnelle, dynamische und autonome Zirkulation zwischen G und C auf, die das fehlerhafte Starling-Gesetz korrekt ersetzt.
