It is so easy to hate the pepole who may do wrong to you. But when you forgive them, it brings peace into your life. And if you meet someone who does not look like you or live where you live, always remember that they are important just like you. And for those who have lost love ones in their life, you will never forget them, everything about them, you will remember. If you listen to the voice within you, it will help you to discover the truth within your own soul. Take a chance in life, you may just find that you can win in anything in your life. The poetry I write is my gift from God, I owe everything to God. Carole Lee Usher

The collection arcs from, at one extreme, the parsimonies of the household, to the transce...

Most of the poems examine the themes of beauty and risk, pleasure and danger, in the context of one of three kinds of relationships: to romantic partners, to the spiritual world, and to the world of nature....
