In Voices From Behind the Scenes, teachers have described some of their experiences in the classroom while modeling their creativity through poetry and prose. We hope that these examples of teachers’ experiences in the classroom will present an insight into the work that teachers engage in daily. We also hope that al l who read these experiences and insights will be inspired and will believe, with us, that 'teaching is the best job.'
