His research interests include third-world perspectives on public policy and administration, and political and confessional terrorism. He has contributed to journals such as the Journal of the Institute of Justice and International Studies and Third World Quarterly. Dr. Isaac is the author of Third World Politics: A Journey from Hope to Despair from Africa World Press.
