This book reports writings from my experiences with the spirit. My automatic writings from spirit are led by a spirit guide, once a parson on the earth, born in Herefordshire 1795 died in Shropshire 1856. He is know to me as Richard and I have many volumes of writings by him from his spirit form and over the years writings from other spirits who came to me.I practice automatic writing each day at my home in the cottage. With pen and paper ready, the spirit of Richard my spirit guide, then takes over and the automatic writing begins. The session can take half an hour or more. The spirits then signs off with their earthly name, the vibration the leaves my hand and the spirit severs
