Dans le contexte mondialisé actuel, les micro et petites entreprises, qui représentent aujourd’hui 98 % des 4,5 millions d’entreprises brésiliennes, doivent s’adapter aux normes de production modernes. En d’autres termes, compte tenu de la variable environnementale, qui est aujourd’hui un élément fondamental, cette adaptation est nécessaire non seulement pour améliorer l’image de l’entreprise, mais aussi pour saisir les opportunités commerciales qui se présentent. C’est pourquoi ce travail se propose d’analyser une petite entreprise, située dans la région métropolitaine de Curitiba (PR), qui utilise déjà certains matériaux respectueux de l’environnement, en évaluant si leur utilisation est viable par rapport à l’utilisation d’autres matériaux, si le coût est compensatoire et si elle apporte des avantages à l’environnement.
