Diese Forschung argumentiert, dass die westliche Kultur systematisch und konsequent groteske Bilder von Arabern projiziert, als reiche Menschen, die Terrorismus und Gewalt in einer unschuldigen Welt unterstützen, was zur Wahrnehmung von Arabern als Terroristen, Reiche, Habgierige und Kindermörder beiträgt. Die Arbeit zeigt, dass Araber ständig auf vielfältige Weise diffamiert werden, insbesondere in Film und Literatur.
