EINLEITUNG Nach Tietz ist der Versandhandel eine Form des Einzelhandels, bei der der Kunde die Ware nach Katalogen, Prospekten bzw. Anzeigen unmittelbar oder bei Vertretern bestellt und durch die Post oder auf andere Weise zugestellt bekommt(1). Als grundlegende Merkmale für den Versandhandel gelten(2): - Das mediale Angebot der Waren oder Dienstleistungen erfolgt durch Direktwerbemedien wie Katalog, Prospekt, Vertreter oder andere Formen als auch durch klassische Medien, die als Direktwerbemedien genutzt werden, wie Anzeigen, Beilagen und andere Formen. - Der Kauf auf Distanz, bei dem die räumliche Trennung zwischen Anbieter und Besteller durch schriftlichen oder telefonischen Auftrag oder auf elektronischem Wege überwunden wird. - Der Warenversand an den Besteller erfolgt im allgemeinen per Post, durch versandhauseigene Service- Unternehmen oder private Paketdienste. - Die Zahlungsform ist häufig vielfältig, wobei der Kunde meist zwischen Nachnahme, Kauf auf Rechnung sowie Teilzahlung wählen kann. ______ (1) Vgl.
