Spinellferrite sind Metalloxide mit Spinellstruktur, deren allgemeine chemische Formel AB2O4 lautet. Aufgrund ihrer einzigartigen und bemerkenswerten Eigenschaften haben die magnetischen, dielektrischen Materialien der Nanokristalle die Aufmerksamkeit vieler Bereiche wie Physik, Chemie, Biologie, Medizin, Materialwissenschaften und Ingenieurwesen auf sich gezogen. In dieser Forschungsarbeit haben wir zwei Hauptforschungsrichtungen untersucht. Der erste betrifft eine umfassende Studie über die thermischen, strukturellen, elektrischen, thermodynamischen und dielektrischen Eigenschaften von Spinellverbindungen, die unter verschiedenen Glühtemperaturen für verschiedene Anwendungen synthetisiert werden. Dabei soll untersucht werden, wie die Variation der Glühtemperatur die Mikrostruktur, die Korngröße und damit die funktionellen Eigenschaften von Ferriten verändert, mit dem Ziel, diese Materialien für Mikrowellen- und Mikrowellenanwendungen zu entwickeln. Der zweite Forschungsschwerpunkt konzentriert sich auf die Bedeutung elementarer Substitutionen von Co- und Cr-Ionen im Li-Fe-Ferrit-System, um die physikalischen Eigenschaften dieser Verbindung zu optimieren.
