'Valutare la performance finanziaria di CAMPOST: il caso di Nanga-Eboko' è il tema dello studio che abbiamo condotto durante il nostro tirocinio accademico presso CAMPOST (Cameroon Postal Services) a Nanga-Eboko. Dopo aver svolto una serie di mansioni, come il trattamento della posta e dei documenti contabili; le operazioni contabili (deposito e prelievo di denaro) in vari conti e a fine giornata, ci siamo concentrati sulle anomalie riscontrate, in particolare la scarsa dotazione di risorse per raggiungere gli obiettivi prefissati, la soddisfazione dei clienti, l’irregolarità delle entrate di bilancio e la mancanza di personale per fornire questi numerosi servizi d’ufficio. Pertanto, sulla base dei documenti contabili e finanziari ottenuti e studiati, la nostra analisi mira a migliorare la performance finanziaria dell’ufficio di Nanga-Eboko, fornendo informazioni essenziali per il mantenimento dell’equilibrio finanziario a breve, medio e lungo termine, al fine di orientare le decisioni di diversi stakeholder dell’organizzazione (dirigenti, partner, creditori e, soprattutto, personale).
