The search for creativity is no easy path to journey as one travels upon the path of the unknown, and even the poet faces difficulties in life by experiencing the trials and tribulations of striving to survive. The myriad of obstacles discovered upon one’s path as they travel through the shadow of the valley, whether they travel by day or by night, threatens to hinder one’s destination. As one reads through these pages the reader will discover the highs and lows experienced by the poet, who seeks the desired destination of peace and contentment. Not knowing what the raging storm will bring after spending too much time in a dry and barren place, the poet unsheathes a weapon of words with various streams of thought. For poetry speaks to poetry as the poet speaks to the poet, and by one stroke of the pen to the next, it is through the use of the pen the poet lives on.
