Il presente lavoro si propone di convalidare statisticamente i risultati del metodo Delphi di ricerca prospettica, che consiste nel selezionare esperti in una specifica area di studio, consultare le loro opinioni e infine raggiungere un consenso, con un certo livello di affidabilità. Questa tecnica consente di utilizzare i giudizi degli esperti per intravedere nuove ipotesi o orientamenti nel campo specifico delle tecnologie o nei processi di cambiamento sociale e sanitario. L’applicazione appropriata di questo metodo ha permesso di individuare i fattori che influenzano maggiormente le vendite dei servizi offerti da un’azienda di telefonia mobile attraverso il telemarketing. L’identificazione di questi fattori ha permesso di studiare il comportamento dei profili degli utenti e di realizzare i successivi processi di gestione in modo efficiente, al fine di realizzare azioni di marketing specifiche nella vendita di questi servizi.
