In questo libro abbiamo proposto esercitazioni pratiche relative alle seguenti due tecniche di analisi: la spettrofotometria ultravioletta-visibile (UV-Visibile) e la cromatografia, al fine di approfondire e perfezionare le conoscenze acquisite dagli studenti durante le lezioni teoriche e le esercitazioni, e di stimolare il loro interesse per l’aspetto pratico a livello di laboratorio.Sono state fornite nozioni teoriche di base sulla spettrofotometria UV-Visibile e sulla cromatografia, seguite da esercitazioni pratiche per acquisire una buona padronanza di queste due tecniche. Va ricordato che questi due strumenti di analisi sono considerati indispensabili nei laboratori di ricerca e nell’insegnamento nei settori della chimica e della biologia.Queste tecniche di analisi ci consentono di caratterizzare, separare, quantificare e analizzare composti puri o miscele di composti.
