David Esteller Ortega nació en el Píritu, Municipio Esteller, Edo. Portuguesa, Venezuela. Se graduó de abogado en la Universidad Central de Venezuela y obtuvo el título de Doctor en Derecho en la Universidad de Carabobo, con la mayor calificación académica. Ha escrito varios libros entre los cuales se destacan: El Acto Cooperativo, Democracia y Cooperativismo, La Ciudad Medieval Factor de Importancia para el Advenimiento del Capitalismo; y tres libros de poemas y un libro de cuentos. También ha escrito numerosos artículos en varios periodicos de circulación nacional en Venezuela. Su cuento El Ladrón obtuvo mención al mérito en el Concurso del Diario El Nacional en 1960.David Esteller Ortega was born in the city of Píritu, municipality of Esteller, in the state of Portuguesa in Venezuela. He graduated from Law school at the Central University of Venezuela and completed his Ph.D. in Law at the University of Carabobo with the highest grades. He has written several books, standing out (titles translated from Spanish), The Cooperative Act, Democracy and Cooperativism, The Medieval City Important Factor for the Advent of Capitalism, three poetry books, and one storybook.
