This is the story of four young friends whose routines are disrupted one day by an intrusion of four possible futures into their Present, thus shaping their lives over time, and finally becoming their actual future, but in ways that none of them could have predicted. The making of this book reflects a similar process in the author. A possible future, in the shape of a dream, interested with the author’s Present, and his life began to alter in quite unexpected ways, as the dream slowly manifested into what became, finally, his actual future, the record of which is this story! Thus the author of MANIFESTING POSSIBLE FUTURES: a new genre of literature future explores an art form which reflects the psychological process by which it comes into being in the first place.

Stuart Evans’s first novel is a comedy-of-ill-manners set in a nouveau riche milieu: a fantastic satirical performance and hyper-referential homage to masters past and present. Paul Keller is the Stephen Dedalus of the piece, the son of Robert and Sylvie, whose internal monologue is spliced into the action, and whose incestuous feelings for his sister lead to an increase in his...

This book is an expanded edition of my book, The Coming Guest: Advancing Jung’s Augury into the 21st Century (2011, iUniverse) in which I examine three 'documents of the soul': a little-known high relief carving at Bollingen c.1960, along with two letters Jung wrote. In these 'documents' I detected the presence of 'two Jungs'. One is the depth psychologist whose legacy has deve...

Our ancestors lived in a world saturated with spiritual significance.
