Unusual Friends, this story is very close to my heart. The bond between our protagonists John and Jimmy is amazing. The nine year old boy, John, who is a nature lover, believes in kindness of animals for humans. It was very difficult for him to believe that animals can harm humans. Even though they were attacked by Monkeys, he saved the monkey when he was in need of help. Then the same monkey turns out to be John’s best friend. John gives him name by his late dog’s name Jimmy. John was very happy to find a new friend after his beloved dog was gone forever. Jimmy, who is a very skilled monkey, trains John many skills as well. With the love and kindness in their hearts both become very good friends. They don’t understand each other’s language but they have an understanding between them. But their ride doesn’t go smoothly.
