Diese Situation lässt sich aus verschiedenen Blickwinkeln erklären - wie etwa der öffentlichen Verwaltung, einem an die sozialen und kulturellen Gegebenheiten angepassten Entwicklungssystem, einer öffentlichen Politik der wirtschaftlichen Entwicklung, die auf die Nutzung der natürlichen Ressourcen, die Industrialisierung, eine gute Ausbildung und eine effiziente Verwaltung der Humanressourcen ausgerichtet ist. Afrika verfügt dank der auf dem Kontinent verfügbaren Reichtümer und natürlichen Ressourcen - neben der Fruchtbarkeit des Bodens und dem Vorhandensein von Wasserläufen - über die notwendigen Trümpfe für die wirtschaftliche und soziale Entwicklung. 'Unterentwickelte Länder: Anpassungsfähigkeit der Politik: Ein Weg zur sozialen und wirtschaftlichen Entwicklung in Afrika' soll zunächst die Fakten aufzeigen, die auf den Vorschlägen und Funktionsweisen basieren, die bisher angewandt wurden - und die nicht zu den erwarteten Ergebnissen geführt haben - und dann Lösungsansätze auf der Grundlage des afrikanischen Kontextes vorschlagen - unter Berücksichtigung der aktuellen Ereignisse und der Weltlage wie der VOCID-19-Pandemie und des russisch-ukrainischen Krieges.
