Most people are familiar with the story of the alien crash in Roswell, New Mexico in July 1947. Fewer people are aware that a similar event occurred a few years earlier in April 1941 in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. According to witnesses of the event, a saucer-like disc had crashed and four abnormally small, gray bodies of beings possessing featureless faces was discovered by authorities. A local pastor was called in by the authorities at the crash site to give the strange, dead beings their last rites. Shortly thereafter, the event was forgotten about; covered up by the US government and buried under the constantly evolving news of the Second World War, which was only just getting started at that time.
