They realized that if they planted some of it - and if it grew - they could produce the very same kind of wheat which had been grown in Egypt about the time that pyramid was constructed.'The archae­olo­gists planted some of the wheat - and when it was ex­posed to the soil in the presence of moisture and warmth from the sun, it germinated and grew! So it was not necessary to have an unbroken chain of 3,500 annual wheat harvests in order to grow the same kind of wheat that Joseph and Pharaoh had known....'
