Der besondere Teil befasst sich mit dem Ermittlungsverfahren (einschließlich Vorbereitungs-, Aufklärungs- und Ermittlungsverfahren), der Anklageschrift, dem ordentlichen Gerichtsverfahren (erste, zweite und dritte Instanz) sowie dem außerordentlichen und gesonderten Verfahren. Er gibt einen umfassenden Überblick über das komplexe System des Wirtschaftsstrafverfahrens und stellt den rechtlichen Rahmen und die in der Praxis angewandten Verfahrensregeln dar. Dabei werden die Bestimmungen des Gesetzes XC von 2017 über das Strafverfahren (StPO) und des Gesetzes C von 2012 über das Strafgesetzbuch (StGB) überprüft und die Rechtsprechung zu bestimmten strafprozessualen Fragen eingehend analysiert. Es wird für Studierende des Wirtschaftsstrafrechts und für alle, die sich für diesen besonderen Aspekt des Strafverfahrens interessieren, eine große Hilfe sein.
