A dispute between parties reflects a divergence of interests between them. It is when one or the other party finally decides to bring the matter before the judge responsible for resolving the dispute that consequences arise-whether regarding their assets and rights or their freedoms and honor. The specific nature of the parties’ conflicting interests determines the jurisdiction of each of the courts within the judicial system (civil, criminal, economic and commercial, labor, military, or even child protection) and of the administrative courts (the legality of acts, regulations, and decisions by administrative authorities and public bodies).
