The problem of Africa’s emergence is at the heart of this philosophy. After clarifying the foundations of his 'new axiology,' he starts from the current immersion position of Africa to propose a development alternative far from the traditional rules most often dictated by big finance and the predatory North, instituting his 'emergent emergence.'
