Armed attacks on educational institutions in our country have become a criminologically significant phenomenon relatively recently, due to the extreme degree of public danger and wide public resonance represent a unique object of scientific research of scientists of various branches of knowledge.Comprehension of the reasons for the recent increase in juvenile and youth crime in the educational environment of Russia is an important scientific task. The similarity of armed attacks of students on educational institutions with terrorist attacks forms the need to study all aspects and factors of the social phenomenon of skulshuting - mass murders (or attempted mass murders) in educational institutions of our country.1.
