Questo lavoro è il risultato di una tesi di laurea magistrale in Scienze dell’Educazione, discussa presso il programma di Laurea Magistrale dell’Università di Uberlândia-MG (Brasile), nell’ambito della linea di ricerca Conoscenze e Pratiche Educative. La ricerca ha avuto come oggetto di studio la formazione degli insegnanti di Storia presso la Facoltà di Filosofia, Scienze e Lettere di Patos de Minas, FAFIPA, Minas Gerais, Brasile, istituzione gestita dalla Fondazione Educativa di Patos de Minas, dal 1970 al 2001. L’obiettivo principale era quello di registrare, comprendere e analizzare la costituzione del corso, i cambiamenti avvenuti nel periodo studiato, le esperienze dei docenti formatori, nonché le relazioni tra le conoscenze acquisite durante la formazione e le pratiche dei docenti formati nell’istituzione.
