O objetivo desta investigação é fornecer um método baseado em redes neuronais para sugerir notícias através de padrões de interação do utilizador. Para responder a este importante desafio, foi apresentado um sistema de recomendação de notícias baseado em grafos, que recomenda as melhores notícias para o utilizador de acordo com a representação global e combinando-a com a informação local do utilizador. O método desta investigação centra-se na melhoria da representação das notícias históricas através da utilização de um grafo de notícias global e na melhoria da representação do conteúdo das notícias candidatas através de um grafo de entidades global. Primeiro, a representação do texto das notícias e das entidades das notícias é aprendida numa perspetiva local. Em seguida, são utilizados o codificador de notícias históricas com consciência mundial e o codificador de notícias de entidades com consciência mundial. Por fim, são utilizados um codificador de utilizador conciso e um componente de recomendação de notícias. Nesta investigação, foram utilizadas redes de transformação para a colocação de notícias com base no conteúdo, bem como redes neurográficas que fornecem raciocínio de comunicação. Além disso, considerando as notícias mundiais, tentámos sugerir notícias que estavam escondidas da visão dos modelos anteriores.
