Qual foi o impacto dos acontecimentos de 11 de setembro na legislação da UE e na recolha de dados pessoais? É possível responder a estas perguntas de forma simples? A autora apresenta o seu ponto de vista, analisando a legislação da UE relativa às comunicações eletrónicas no que diz respeito à sua necessidade e proporcionalidade numa sociedade democrática.
