He was also known for hiswriting/composing skills.Norma did all her academic studies in New York City, Puerto Rico, and Canada. Sheworked in the City of New York Police Department where she oversaw the full investigationof every new civilian and uniform member of the department.As an Educator, she worked in New York City Bd. of Education, in Puerto Rico Bd. ofEducation as an English teacher. She also worked for the Puerto Rico Army Nationalas an English Teacher.She has teaching certifications for English as a Second Language and Teaching Englishas a Foreign Language. She also has teaching licenses to teach the following:1. English Literature2. Spanish Literature3. Communication Skills in both English and Spanish4. Office Procedures= These classes consisted of basic filing to writing memorandumsand full company or organization reports.5.
