Tusculan Disputations is a philosophical work in which Cicero explores how to achieve happiness and peace of mind through reason. Written as a series of dialogues, it addresses five central themes: the fear of death, the endurance of pain, the management of grief, the disturbance of passions, and the sufficiency of virtue for a happy life.
