Bu bağlamda başta meslek odaları, TÜRMOB ve üniversiteler olmak üzere, tüm ilgili kurum ve kuruluşların üzerlerine büyük sorumluluk düşmektedirBu çalışmada, meslek mensuplarının mesleki yetkinlik sorunlarının belirlenmesi ve bu sorunların giderilmesinde sürekli eğitimin gerekliliği ve bunun için düzenlenen eğitim programlarının nasıl daha etkin hale getirilebileceği üzerinde durulmuştur.
