Lebensjahr notwendig wird. Um eine kontinuierliche Versorgung während des Übergangs gewährleisten zu können, muss eine adäquate Begleitung sichergestellt und ein eigenverantwortlicher Umgang mit der Erkrankung erlernt worden sein. Mittels ihrer Studie geben die Autorinnen Hinweise für eine individuelle, alters- und entwicklungsgerechte Betreuung.
