She is also adjunct faculty and an advisor for Bethel and Trinity Western Universities, and an instructor and a certification coach for Peacemaker Ministries. She leads seminars, presents at conferences, and has authored a number of articles including Distinguishing Transformational and Servant Leadership and Moving from Maturity to Renewal: An Investigation of Culture and Innovation. She earned an MBA from Dominican University and a MA from Bethel Seminary.
