So, it is important in the insurance companies for making their employees more effective to stand in competition. This particular study undertakes to provide greater insight into causes, consequences and also remedies of the training programes in the organizations especially in Insurance Sector in India by taking an example of Aviva Life Insurance Company Private Limited.
