The quality factor at present has become so important, that most of the products and services are classified based on quality. Therefore, the adoption of TQM in an organization and its implementation greatly depends on the organizational cultures adopted in that sector and as applied for their business processes. From this research, it can be said that both TQM and organizational culture are important and as explained in Chapters, the classifications of the data gathered and discussed for this presentation acts as invisible elements, but this is felt more vital while, implementing products quality and for business services.As the case studies involved in this research work, it was discussed and as observed that the competitiveness in U.A.E over the years has gone vast in terms of quality and development. From the primary and secondary data collected, and as analysed, it is obvious, that organizations with high organizational culture seem to have high TQM values and the end products yields in high performances of product and services and fact, helps in the research development and innovation of new products in their businesses.
