Toot and Inky’s Rubber Ducky Adventure!

Toot and Inky’s Super-Splashy Rubber Ducky Adventure! is a 2026 children’s storybook by Ant Hill. It follows Toot, a friendly orange shark, and Inky, an energetic octopus, on their underwater adventures in Pearl Reef. The story begins with the duo playing when Toot accidentally swallows a yellow rubber ducky from the surface. Instead of panicking, Inky leads a collaborative effort involving the reader to tickle Toot’s nose, making him sneeze the ducky out safely.Thinking the rubber ducky might be a stray piece of trash, our splashy pals come up with a brilliant idea: it’s time for a heroic ocean cleanup! Toot and Inky whip up a dazzling 'Super Signal' using swirly bubbles and wiggling arms to wave at the human 'Ocean Helpers' aboard a boat shimmering above. The helpers zoom in, scoop up the lost ducky and other wayward treasures, and soon Pearl Reef is sparkling clean again. Throughout their super-splashy mission, the story bubbles over with friendship, teamwork, caring, and looking after our blue planet, always reminding everyone: 'Safe and Sound, the Best Fun Around!'The book concludes by further engaging the reader with an interactive ’Ocean Hero Promise’ and a practical guide listing five actionable steps for children to protect the ocean: reducing plastic use, conserving water during showers, using biodegradable soaps, respecting coral reefs, and spreading awareness about marine conservation. The story encourages readers to participate and includes a link to a YouTube channel associated with the characters, inviting them to join the adventure online.
