His protocol improved his kidney function, resolved chronic conditions, and enhanced mental clarity. While promising, FITS lacks clinical validation and requires medical supervision due to risks like alkalosis. Ken advocates for further research to confirm its benefits for bipolar, cancer, and longevity.
