Who can remain insensitive to the strange and moving character of Queen Tiyi?A fascinating subject! The plot takes us to the heart of pure tragedy, while the actions and passions, clearly set in the history of ancient Egypt and supported by symbols, have fascinated us with the same force for millennia.Tiyi alone embodies a large part of the tragedy that unfolded in the Nile Valley and led to the fall of the Kemite Empire. She is the symbol of the religious war, the division of the people and religious oppression. The evocation of her character and her actions allows us to identify the shadowy areas of Egyptian history. What esteemed reason could be shocked by the evocation of the gods, myths and legends of ancient Egypt? There are those who will tell you that we must turn our backs on the past. The same opportunistic, arrogant spirits who exercise the monopoly of consciousness in the mind of man, want us to talk about themselves and their works.
