Revisiting Greg’s insightful and often witty columns from the 2013 calendar year, this collection recounts the challenges surrounding a massive downtown construction project which closed the vibrant historical downtown shopping district, ripped up the streets, and diverted traffic for months. This controversial project proved challenging for the businesses and residents of Tipp City, Ohio.
