The book started out as a medical autobiography using alternative health and unusual medical lab testing to investigate various chemicals, toxins and poisons and other nutritional, metabolic, and neurologic functions. Then I added some medical history for a larger overview on health. I updated it and changed the title so include the recent current events including COVID, Dr. Fauci’s and Bill Gate’s push for experimental vaccines with no safely record, and the new information on the United States Navy tracking UFO’s. Could all of these events be related? Why is everything weaponized and is there any ancient history of aliens involved in wars? Are aliens controlling the world today?The conclusion of the book focuses on various ways to detoxify while trying to avoid toxins, and improving health by focusing more on lifestyle and natural health supplements such as vitamins or essential fatty acids, and for elderly patients to also consider the option of bioidentical hormone supplements from a private physician. The overall effect is an increase in life span by 15 to 25 years.
