This book presents the results of the authors’ research into thermochemical and thermodynamic properties of biologically active substances (BAS) - a number of natural compounds such as terpenoids, alkaloids, flavonoids and their synthetic analogues. The data on thermochemistry of solution of these compounds in various solvents obtained by the method of isothermal calorimetry, the data on determination of temperature dependence of the heat capacity obtained using dynamic calorimetry and the results of calculation of the standard enthalpy of combustion, fusion and formation of a large number of BAS of the specified classes are presented.
