A lonely young boy called Billy makes a final wish to the moon to bring him a friend. He is surprised when a tiny flying creature called Plip appears. They experience the world together until Billy grows up and leaves Plip to fend for himself. Although befriended by Dree the dragonfly, Plip wishes to meet another creature like himself. That is when he discovers that a wish can change your destiny. This is the story of a Wishall that is told in three episodes, which are all included in this volume; 'Book One: The Dream,' 'Book Two: Adventures of a Lifetime,' and 'Book Three: The Three Flyers.'
